Tracy Kinnally: Ars longa

Tracy Kinnally is an art advisor practicing internationally since 2013. Tracy’s developed eye and established relationships enable her to service clients’ unique taste, budget and requirements in the most meaningful and appropriate way — from private sales to institutional loans to auction house consignments.

To collect art is to make impassioned value statements within larger dialogues of history and culture. Art is a specific asset class that touches on individual notions of taste, intellect, beauty, wealth, and power. Tracy cultivates these perceptions with each collector to ensure they secure acquisitions that fit their collecting goals, impacting contemporary history while enriching the lives of her clients.

Tracy received her Master's of Literature in the History of Art and Art World Practice at Christie's Education in London with a focus on early 20th century collecting culture.

An active member of the vetted Association of Women Art Dealers(AWAD) and the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA), Tracy continually involves herself in the changing industry, staying abreast of emerging artists, private collections and best practices and compliance. Additionally, Tracy regularly attends the major art shows including Art Basel, the Venice Biennale, the Armory Show, Frieze,  and many more.

Tracy is also a USPAP Compliant Appraiser of Fine Art (The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).

An alumna of the Peggy Guggenheim internship in Venice, Tracy is also co-founder of The Peggy Society in New York.

Tracy sourced work for the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, working with Interior Designer Benjamin Vandiver, and she continues to work with charitable organizations and fundraising auctions in addition to her private-clientele advisory practice.
